offer services you cannot get anywhere else in Northern California. With my

appointment at any time within the first 7 days for most services. Due to the
nature of some services, this guarantee may vary and may amend at any time.
Continued results are achieved
through daily use of professional grade products at home. I will recommend an
at home care regimen to maintain your results between visits, including
products for you at check out. These products cn be written on a prescription
card for your reference, upon request. I will give you the tips and tricks to
make all your services last.
- A non-refundable credit card deposit of the amount of the service is

- 24-hour notice is required for
cancellations or half amount of your service will be charged. If you no-show you will be charged the full amount.
- If you are late to your
appointment (10 min) you will be marked as a no-show and will have to reschedule and pay the no-show or late cancellation fee. (Or pay late fee and receive only a service for the remaining time frame)
- Please do NOT use your cell
phone during any hand service as it could result in disturbing the allotted
time of service and quality of service.
- I accept cash, and credit
cards (3% processing fee) No checks.
- Children and entourage (guests not receiving services) are not allowed in the studios, it is for their safety and protection. Shall be asked to reschedule and subject to no-show fee.
- I cannot guarantee work done on another tech's work as some products do not always work well together. I suggest a proper removal and fresh set for best results.
- Requests for appointments outside normal business hours will have an extra charge.

understanding of my policies.
Please inform me prior to your
service of any health conditions I should be aware of, such as diabetes,
circulatory problems or a low immune system so I may tailor your services for
you. It is your responsibility to let me know of any allergies.
Our salon goes above and beyond
the strict guidelines set forth by the California State Board of Barbering and
Cosmetology. All of my wipes, gloves, cotton and orange sticks or any one-use
items are discarded after each client. All of my implements are sterilized in a
medical grade sanitizer to ensure the highest quality of care and safety for my
Referral program: for every
friend you bring to me you will get $10 towards any future service. This is
always unlimited and can accumulate towards a free service. Yelpers that check in get $5 off each check in!
